Bonding Adhesives

Fast Set Epoxy is a 2-part, 1 to 1 epoxy adhesive with a five-minute working time. Bonded parts need only be held together for eight to ten minutes before they are sufficiently set for handling. This quick set epoxy offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond with, including glass, fiberglass, concrete, ceramics, china, tile, wood, and most metals and plastics.

9200 is a 2-part structural adhesive designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It adheres strongly to metals, plus a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond to, including glass, ceramics, wood, engineered thermoplastics, and thermoset laminates, such as SMC (sheet molding compound) and GRP (glass-reinforced plastics). It evenly distributes stress throughout the entire bonded area and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses.

9201 is a 2-component epoxy structural epoxy adhesive that forms bonds capable of withstanding heavy shocks. The adhesive has high impact resistance and high strength, helping replace a wide range of mechanical techniques like welding. By avoiding joining parts with metal fasteners, the glue can help lightweight modular devices during assembly.

The 9201 epoxy structural adhesive bonds strongly to a variety of surfaces like metals, glass, composite and most plastics. The glue also bonds many engineered thermoplastics such as sheet molded compounds and glass reinforced plastics. The epoxy is useful for bonding dissimilar materials and cures at room temperature.
