Our trustworthy entity is actively engaged in supplying Super Shield Graphite Conductive Coating (839) in Maharashtra, India. The 839 Graphite Conductive Coating is an economical, acrylic paint that is used to create conductive and static-free surfaces with excellent characteristics. Coated surfaces reduce the electromagnetic or radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI). The graphite in the coat resists rubbing off to the touch. Further, the cured coat is designed to withstand the large temperature changes without cracking.

Features :

  • High Conductivity Low Surface resistivity of 47 /sq. for one coat (1 mil)
  • Tough and durable coating
  • Rub off resistant
  • Corrosion resistant coating
  • Stronger adhesion than water based coatings
  • Low VOC's

Progressive Engineers is supplier of Mg Chemicals super shield nickel Conductive coating. Shielding paint for plastic enclosures in convenient aerosol spray packaging. It is a solvent based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake.

Unlike diamagnetic fillers such as carbon, copper, or silver that only shield the electric component of electromagnetic waves, nickel is ferromagnetic and shields the magnetic component as well. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary.

The cured coating is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It adheres strongly to most injection molded plastics, such as ABS, PVC, nylon and polycarbonate. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments.

841AR provides broad spectrum electromagnetic shielding. A 1 or 2-coat application to the interior of the electronics enclosure will solve the EMC issues of most devices. It may also be used for creating well grounded surfaces.

Before applying this product to plastic, clean the surface with IPA.

Features & Benefits

  • UL Recognized

  • Provides effective EMI/RFI shielding

  • Strong corrosion resistance

  • Mild solvent system, safe on polystyrenes

  • HAP free—does not contain toluene, xylene, or MEK

We are one of the leading Suppliers of Super Shield Silver Conductive Coating (842) in Maharashtra, India. The 842 Silver Conductive Coating is a highly conductive acrylic paint, which is designed to reduce the electromagnetic or radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI). Long-term protection from EMI/RFI is assured by its durable acrylic resin that minimizes the loss of metallization through rubbing and by the oxidation resistant silver that slows down the conductivity degradation with age. The flake shape helps to ensure the maximum points of contact, to ensure a better conductivity. In addition, the loss of shielding through paint peeling is unlikely since the acrylic resin system was shown in UL related testing, to adhere to even difficult substrates like ABS and polycarbonates.

Features :

  • High Conductivity (15 Siemen)Low Surface resistance of ‰¤0.066 Ω/sq for a 1 mil coat
  • Tough and durable coating
  • Rub off resistant
  • Corrosion resistant coating
  • Stronger adhesion than water based coatings
  • Low VOC's
  • Median attenuation 75 dB ±20 dB per 25.4 ¼m (~1.0 mil) for frequency range of 10 MHz to 18 GHz

Applications & Usages :

  • Its primary application is to provide an excellent conductivity EMI/RFI shielding suitable for harsh environments. It may also act as a conductive base for applications where it is necessary to impart the highest degree of conductivity to a surface. As well, the silver is non-magnetic, offering a low relative permeability that provides reasonable skin depths, which makes it suitable for microwave transmissions applications.

Compatibility:

  • Chemical The silver filler is quite resistant to oxidation, except in environments that contain contaminants like H2S or ozone, which tarnish its surface. Unlike many other metal oxides, silver oxide remains conductive so degradation due to oxidation.
  • The thermoplastic resin is dissolved by common paint solvents like toluene, xylene, acetone, and MEK. This allows great coating repair and work characteristics, but it does make the coating unsuitable for solvent rich environments.
  • Adhesion - The 842 coating adheres to most plastics used to house printed circuit assemblies; however, it is not compatible with contaminants like water, oil, and greasy flux residues that may affect adhesion. If contamination is present, clean the surface to be coated first.
