Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  • The system is meant for Sealing of Cap less Bottles. The working principle of this machine described as follows.
  • Connect the Single Phase 415VAC, 50 Hz Supply to the Machine and put the MCB ON.
  • Fix the foil roll on Unwinder Roller which is driven by Motor (W1) and pass it through Dancing Roller 1 (D1), Guide Roller 1 (G1), and Foil Feed Motor 1(W2) which rollers are pressed by cylinders, below punching head (Sealing Area) and than through Foil Feed Motor 2 (W3) which rollers are pressed by cylinders.
  • From front panel, put Heater Button ON and set temperature to 170 t0 230 Degree Celsius. Temperature can also be set as per the seal required.
  • Set the speed of machine so that the bottle can be easily move / run on conveyer and also rotate easily in indexers star wheel. This speed can be set with the help of HMI.
  • Set the Guide of In feed conveyor so that bottle can move / run in a particular direction that you choose to enter in Indexer Star Wheel Slot.
  • Take dry run by putting an empty bottle on conveyor. Adjust the bottle using bottle guides such that the bottle should move/run properly as per the requirement on conveyor.
  • Set the position of bottle & punching head properly so that head coincides the mouth of bottle to be sealed.
  • After that, take the trial sealing by using Manual Mode.
  • Take the releasing bottle after sealing from out feed conveyor to check whether proper sealing is done. Further setting can be done if required as given above in procedure.
  • Once the bottles are in place, start the sealing machine in Auto mode from front panel using Start Button on HMI.
  • Now machine sealed the bottle one by one. If the bottle is not present in front of in feed sensor than the indexer is waiting till this sensor gets ON.
  • Any time Machine stop button is pressed than machine stops its operation.
  • Any time the Emergency stop button is pressed from the Panel, the machine also stops its operation.
